To celebrate its 4th anniversary, Maison Banian Saint-Pierre is offering you the chance to win:
1st prize: A Singer Madam 2 sewing machine
2nd prize: €100 purchase in our stores
3rd prize: €50 purchase on the maisonbanian.com online store
Article 2: Participants
This free game with no obligation to purchase is exclusively open to adults residing on Reunion Island.
Excluded from the game are people who do not meet the above conditions, as well as members of the staff of “The organizer”, and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, production or management of the game as well as as their spouse and members of their families: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives living or not under their roof.
“The organizer” reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the conditions set out above. Any person not meeting these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not be able, in the event of a win, to benefit from their prize.
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these regulations.
Article 3: Conditions of participation
Participants must “like” via the Maison Banian Facebook and/or Instagram page, share the publication and tag 3 of their contacts in comments. Participants can make multiple entries to increase their chances.
Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the competition by “The organizer” without the latter having to justify it.

The value of the prizes is determined at the time of writing these regulations and cannot be contested as to their evaluation.
All costs incurred after the game, in particular for the maintenance and use of these prizes, are entirely the responsibility of the winner.
Article 5: Designation of winners
At the end of the competition, the draw will be made on 11/12/2023 at 12:00 p.m.
Article 6: Announcement of winners
• The winners will be informed via Maison Banian's social networks, namely the Facebook page and the Instagram page.
Article 7: Delivery of prizes
Lots will be delivered in person to the Maison Banian de St-Pierre store, 178 Rue Marius et Ary Leblond 97410 ST-PIERRE. Prizes not collected after December 12, 2024 will be put back into play if the prize is not claimed.
The prize will remain available to the participant until December 11, 2024 at midnight. After this date, he will no longer be able to claim it.
The winners undertake to accept the prizes as offered without possibility of exchange in particular for cash, other goods or services of any nature whatsoever or transfer of the benefit to a third person. Likewise, these lots cannot be the subject of compensation requests.
“The organizer” reserves the right, in the event of the occurrence of an event beyond its control, in particular linked to its suppliers or unforeseeable circumstances, to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equivalent value. The winner will be kept informed of any changes.

The winner(s) authorize “The organizer” to use their contact details (surname, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any medium whatsoever, without this conferring on them any remuneration, rights or any advantage, other than the allocation of their prize.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act in its latest version, as well as Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free circulation of this data (GDPR), the participant can exercise his right of access, rectification, erasure of data, limitation of processing, his right to data portability, his right of opposition, as well as that their right to withdraw their consent by writing to “The organizer” whose address is mentioned in article 1.

It can be sent free of charge to anyone who requests it from “The Organizer”.
“The organizer” reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the game at any time, particularly in the event of force majeure, without the participants being able to claim any compensation.
Article 10: Industrial and intellectual property
The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements making up the game, including these regulations, is strictly prohibited.
All brands, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which it allows access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code for the entire world. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal sanctions.

Article 11: Liability
The responsibility of “The organizer” cannot be incurred in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events beyond its control.
“The organizer” cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, theft, damage to mail, lack of legibility of stamps due to postal services. It cannot be held responsible either and no recourse can be taken against it in the event of the occurrence of events presenting the characteristics of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, pandemics, etc.) partially or totally depriving participants of the possibility of participating. the game and/or the winners of the benefit of their winnings.
“The organizer” as well as its service providers and partners cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prizes by the beneficiaries or their guests once the winners have taken possession of them.
Likewise, “The organizer”, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of prizes by beneficiaries once the winners have taken possession of them. Article 12: Dispute & Complaint
These regulations are governed by French law.
“The organizer” reserves the right to resolve without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these regulations, it being understood that no dispute will be admitted in particular on the terms of the game, on the results , on the winnings or their receipt, one month after the end of the game. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the gaming systems of “The Organizer” has probative force in any dispute regarding the elements connection and computer processing of said information relating to the game.
Any complaint must be sent within 15 (fifteen) days following the end date of the game to “The Organizer”. After this date, no complaints will be accepted. Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these regulations.
Article 13: Evidence agreement
By express agreement between the participant and “The Organizer”, the computer systems and files of “The Organizer” will be sole authentic.
The computerized records, kept in the computer systems of “The Organizer”, under reasonable conditions of security and reliability, are considered as proof of the relationships and communications between “The Organizer” and the participant.
It is therefore agreed that, barring manifest error, "The organizer" may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as monitoring reports or other reports) of a nature or in computer or electronic format or support, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by “The Organizer”, in particular in its computer systems.
