Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, in both of our stores. The collection point option is selected at checkout. Allow 24 to 48 hours for collection in Saint-Pierre; processing times are slightly longer in Sainte-Clotilde. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.

Do you deliver outside of Reunion Island?

Yes, to all destinations. Delivery is handled by Colissimo (La Poste) with tracking to the destination for mainland France and its overseas departments and regions (DROM). For other countries, La Poste's local partner takes over.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Customs fees may apply upon arrival of the package in the destination country. These are beyond our control: our products are sold tax-free, except in Réunion, where local customs collects the corresponding tax.

I forgot an item even though I've already paid for it, what should I do?

Contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the package has already left our premises, we will prepare the missing item and send you a second payment; it can be collected in store at no extra cost.

I made a mistake in my order, can I return it?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the return has been reported to customer service, who will send you a return label.
